Product Description

Classic Silcoat is a siliconebased water repellent, containing a red fugitive dye, suitable for exterior surfaces, with performan ce meeting the requireme nts of BS 6477:1984, Groups 1 and 2. When applied by brush or spray, Classic Silcoat penetrates deeply into the surface and once the water evaporates , the active content reacts with moisture and atmos pheric. Carbon dioxide to form an invisible and insoluble water repellent film within 1 or 2 days. This coating is breathable, reduces chemical attack and eliminates efflorescen ce’s and remains effective for many years. Due to its excellent water repellent properties, dirt and other atmospheri c impurities are washed off the treated surface by rain and the surfaces remain clean for long periods.
